Vehicle Description 1967 Chevrolet Chevelle SS Convertible finished in Butternut Yellow paint.
This REAL DEAL SS (138 vin car) is powered by the era-correct 396 Big Block V8 paired with an automatic transmission.
Equipped with power steering, smog components still attached, and power convertible top.
Originally built in Fremont, California the second week of September in 1966 - with the engine being built August 23rd, 1966 (from the block code).
We can't confirm engine to be original as there is a partial vin stamp that doesn't match up.
The sequence number on this car is 0004! Chrome and brightwork in nice shape overall, aint has a good shine to it front to back as well.
Black vinyl (761 trim) bench seat interior with auto on the column.
Seating surfaces are in nice shape! Newer exhaust has recently been installed.
Riding on the rally style wheels with center caps and beauty rings.
Black vinyl parade boot will be included with purchase and fits well.
Seat belts are intact in the front and the rear seats.
Dash has been left mostly stock looking with some additions:
aftermarket tachometer, retrosound stereo in-dash, and aftermarket gauge cluster (water temp, oil pressure, and volts) installed under the dash.
Tachometer, gauge cluster, and fuel gauge all working correctly.
Power convertible top is black vinyl with plastic rear window, works as it should and fits well! Wipers are inop.
