Vehicle Description 2007 Ford Mustang Saleen Parnelli Jones Edition finished in the iconic Grabber Orange paint with black hockey stick side-stripes.
This is one of ONLY 500 produced! Paint is in great shape throughout and has a nice shine to it.
Clean carfax, no accidents indicated as well as confirms the 8,411 miles to be original! This two owner vehicle was originally sold in North Carolina where it spent the majority of its life before coming to the Midwest.
This particular car is bumper number 348 out of 500 produced.
Saleen actually removed the engines out of the Mustang GT and bored/stroked them to become a 302 ci displacement.
So now powered by the 302 V8 that is paired with a 5-speed manual transmission.
Riding on the Mini-Light inspired wheels that were developed exclusively for the PJ edition.
This car was based off of Parnelli Jones' 1970 Trans Am Boss 302 Mustang that he won the SCCA Trans Am racing series with! Parnelli Jones and Steve Saleen signatures can be found on the center dash panel.
Black and Yellow leather bucket seat interior with center console and 5-speed on the floor.
Quarter window treatment, black rear window louvers, flat black deck lid, and black spoiler capture that iconic 1970 Boss 302 Mustang look.
Saleen Parnelli Jones edition exhaust still on this car creating the great sound that compliments the styling.
Watts Link rear suspension has also been added, similar to what the 1970 Boss 302 would have had! Other Parnelli Jones exclusive items include the gas cap, PJ edition seats, wheel center caps, and steering wheel! Equipped with normal amenities also such as power steering, power brakes, power locks, power windows, tilt column, cruise control, drivers information center, steering wheel controls, power driver's seat, and climate control.
Gauge pod has been added on the dash by Saleen for oil temp and oil pressure.
A/C BLOWS COLD! Tachometer working as it should.
CD player does initiate, but is not working.
This car will come with the Ford owners manual, original window sticker, Saleen owners manual, notebook with misc information, Parnelli Jones #15 rondels stickers for the hood and doors, and the Saleen/Parnelli Jones stickers that go above the doors.
