Vehicle Description 1976 Chevrolet K5 Blazer Chalet finished in Tan and Orange paint.
They only made the trucks like this new from Chevrolet for two years, 1975 and 1976.
This is truck number 58 out of 1500 built! This solid Blazer is powered by the NUMBERS MATCHING 350 V8 that is paired with a TH350 automatic transmission.
Yes, it is four wheel drive! Nicely equipped with power steering and power brakes.
Front mounted spare holder and spare complete the look of this rare Chevy! Riding on BFGoodrich tires and stock Chevrolet wheels, tires have good tread on them yet as well.
Truck is solid, check out the still pictures for yourself! The truck has a nice, straight stance even with the additional weight of the camper in the back.
This was originally sold new in Montana and stayed there for a bit, came to us out of Arizona.
This truck has NOT been restored, standard brown vinyl bucket seat interior with automatic on the column.
This also is equipped with Cheyenne package which got you the wood paneling on the door cards and dash.
Equipped with tilt column and factory air conditioning.
The compressor did not kick on/off for us.
Odometer is a 5-digit readout so we are assuming 01,684 is actually 101,684 miles, but we cannot confirm that.
Aftermarket stereo was installed at some point along the line.
The truck does not have any bad odors either.
The Chalet top can be extended vertically to allow people to stand up while in the rear of the truck.
The vinyl that comes up when you raise the top is in good shape still, did not have any rips or tears in it.
The exterior of the Chalet has not been restored either so you will have some cracking in the decals, but for the age it is in good shape for being original.
Propane cylinder is stored in the back by the rear door.
There is a stove top, mini fridge, sink w/ cutting board cover, closet, and other storage cabinets.
Moving further into the living area the two benches can be folded down to make one of the sleeping areas.
Above there are two swing out cots, to sleep two more people! The front most opening in the vinyl hood does have a broken zipper, but can be rolled up otherwise.
There are a couple leveling tools affixed near the range as well.
There is a heater located to the right of the fridge as well.
The side glass windows are solid, not cracked or anything like that.
