For sale! You are buying a very nicely used L3 Mobile Vision Flashback 3 DVR unit with key and mounting bracket and the 10 foot braided wiring harness. This harness plugs right into the vehicle video recorder DVR unit. It has been tested and works fine. This unit was bought from a local government entity and was no longer needed. 1 of the tires has good tread, the other 3 have poor tread. They can be used as a "spare" tire for emergencies, or you can mount your winter tires on the rims in time for winter instead of having to pay each time you have your mechanic mounts or removes your snow tires. $30 for the wheel with good tread, $15 each for the others, or $60 for all 4....
