Doherty Staffing Solutions is a locally owned, nationally known staffing industry leader and is currently searching for a Business Development Manager to work in the Southern Minnesota market.
SUMMARY
Doherty Staffing is seeking a Business Development Manager to work our Southern Minnesota market. The position offers base salary with a great commission plan and excellent benefits.
This position is fulltime, direct hire with our company.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES
The Business Development Manager position is responsible for:
o This position, you must be willing to learn all of the aspects of our business and customers. Once fully trained in the business you will be responsible for the revenue growth of a geographic territory with a goal to achieve a minimum of new business. In addition, development of new partnerships between the company and the accounts through the coordination of sales, contracts, and internal resources.
o Compiling lists of prospective customers
o Prospecting for new business via telephone or in person sales meetings
o Networking in the community
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER REQUIREMENTS
The following are required for the Business Development Manager role.
o Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Marketing is preferred
o At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience
o Valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance
o Traveling up to 50% or more of the time which will be determined by the company

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
