Managing and supervising the Maintenance Department;
Resolving operating problems to minimize down time;
Developing and maintaining training programs;
Managing and updating work orders, PM Programs and Inventory Controls;
Cost justification, compiling specs, ordering, and overseeing installation of new equipment;
Assisting in capital planning and cost improvement;
Leading and participating in continuous improvement teams;
Ensuring safe work practices, Food Safety, Food Quality, GMPs, sanitary conditions, product quality.

EDUCATION: 4-year degree required; Business Management or Engineering disciplines preferred.

5+ years of Maintenance Management experience including personnel supervision;
Experience in Lean Manufacturing principles;
Fluid Aseptic principles, processing, packaging;
Food safety and sanitation principles, GMP, SQF;
State and Federal rules and regulations, USDA, FDA, OSHA;
Knowledge of plant operations and production scheduling;
Knowledge in basic mechanics, welding, electrical, fabrication, preventative maintenance, plant operations;
MS Office applications, AutoCAD, SAP.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
