Located on Lookout Drive in North Mankato, we have established ourselves as one of the largest online Halloween costume companies in the world and therefore need a ton of help this fall! In fact, were looking at hiring over 40 people in our Returns department alone!
Our Returns department is looking for some great seasonal employees to handle all of our costume returns and rentals for our busiest time of year! We are looking for people who are incredibly attentive to detail, have basic knowledge of sewing and fabrics and dont mind doing a bit of cleaning and laundry. We hope that you are the right person for the position!
Our seasonal positions for brand new returns employees start the last week of September and go through the end of November.

Overall Responsibility:
To check in and determine eligibility for refund of returned costumes and receive, clean, mend and prepare rental costumes for shipment to their next destinations.
Other responsibilities include:
Maintain and clean rental costumes upon return i.e. laundry, lotsa laundry
Check-in, process and repackage returns
Work with computer system to make sure all orders are processed and noted thoroughly
Handle costumes to decide condition and eligibility for refund
Check postage and be able to navigate carrier sites (Fed-Ex, USPS, Smart Post etc.)
Maintain an organized environment
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications for Hiring:
Strong attention to detail
Basic sewing machine and hand sewing experience
The ability to efficiently navigate through a web-based computer environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Ability to work in both independent and team settings.
Candidates for this position must be 18 years of age or over, able to handle various cleaning chemicals (including bleach, detergents, fabric softeners, stain removers, etc.), able to stand throughout entire shift, walk up and down stairs multiple times per day, reach overhead and below the knees including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping and lift boxes weighing 25-50 lbs. without assistance.
