Manages organizational process improvement projects in the area alignment with Mayo Clinic Health System and Mayo enterprise. Coordinates and integrates projects with Quality and Safety staff and processes. Provides analytical interpretation, consultation and education for project teams and staff on the journey to achieve organizational excellence. Enhances team functioning to improve service excellence. Responsible for achieving results within areas of responsibility.

Qualifications:
Experience: Experience in process improvement and team facilitation required. Experience with Healthcare and health delivery systems, project management desired. Education: Bachelor''s degree in health science, business, process management or related field required.

Qualifications:
Training: Six Sigma Green Belt preferred; Proficient with project management techniques; Understands continuous process improvement methodologies and tools application; Understands in design thinking and innovation; Strong team management and facilitation skills.
License or Certification:
Licensure & Certification: Mayo Quality Academy Silver certification, Six Sigma Green Belt certification, or equivalent demonstrated process improvement and project management capability required.

Hours/Pay Period: 80
Schedule Details: Days; Monday-Friday
Weekend Schedule: As needed
Compensation Detail: The minimum salary for this position is $2628 per pay period ($32.85 per hour).
