Our company continues to grow, and we are searching for Project Managers with an eye for detail, a strong work ethic and who take pride in their work.
As a Project Manager you will be the on-site face of our company for the homeowner and trade contractors.
The ability to communicate well with design professionals and Drafters/Architects is necessary.
The Project Manager must be able to effectively manage subcontractors/suppliers and daily project functions such as keeping costs within budget, assisting with bid packages/estimating and foreseeing longlead items.
Our ideal candidate is motivated, detailed, thorough, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining an organized and clean job site.
Requirements:

Years of experience as a Project Manager on new home building, remodeling, and light commercial projects ? Knowledge of construction and sales ? Able to balance multiple and competing priorities simultaneously (client satisfaction, client budget, job timeline, subcontractor schedules, company reputation, etc.
) ? Professional demeanor with well-developed people skills including the ability to work with diverse personalities ? Experience with Microsoft Office software and Builder Trend or similar project management software ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to listen effectively ? Resourceful, innovative and detail oriented ? Must be a team player with a positive attitude ? Problem-solving skills
