- Provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls and assisting customers with their inquiries or concerns - Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently - Utilize sales techniques to identify upselling opportunities and promote additional products or services - Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations - Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette at all times Skills:
