With our company growth we are needing an office professional/assistant, to assist with many office and field related tasks.
Responsibilities:
Answer calls and emails, then direct calls to the appropriate persons and /or take messages Provide accurate information in-person and via phone/email Help other Team members with tasks, willing to learn new skills Requirements:
Professional attitude and appearance Solid written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks Customer service attitude Part Time or Full time position Monday-Friday, with hourly pay (DOE), along with bonuses, and company matched retirement benefits.
