The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to inquiries, resolving customer issues, and providing accurate information about our products and services.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and a commitment to providing superior customer service.
Responsibilities:
Accurately process member transactions such as:
deposits, withdrawals, transfers, cashing checks, loan payments, redeeming Savings Bonds, cash advances.
Responsible for representing the Credit Union in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer member questions and solve problems regarding accounts, products and services in person and by telephone.
Balance cash drawer daily.
Offer products and services to fill customer needs.
Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
