has a full-time opening for a Mental Health Practitioner within the Crisis Services Team.
The individual in this position will be responsible for completing client admissions, Mobile Assessments and Interventions, providing therapeutic interventions; other duties as assigned, including answering phones, assisting in office and facility upkeep, and cleaning tasks.
The individual should have a comprehensive understanding of mental illness, symptoms, and treatment.
Candidate must be detail oriented, able to follow directions; work as part of an interdisciplinary team, accept input and feedback; strong interpersonal skills, and contribute to de-escalation during crisis situations.
This individual must be capable of working independently, and will be under the supervision of and assist the Treatment Director and Mental Health Professional(s) in providing effective mental health rehabilitative services.
Must successfully pass background study.
The Mental Health Practitioner must ensure requirements as governed by Minnesota Statutes 245I.
