VP Regional Consumer Bank Manager
Description We have a VP Regional Consumer Banking Manager position open in Mankato! We are looking for a motivated and passionate individual to lead our Minnesota retail team. You will be responsible for the administration and efficient operations of multiple full-service branches. What does a day look like as a VP Regional Consumer Banking Manager? As the leader of our Minnesota retail team, you will be responsible for collaborating with all business line partners, ensure effective communication between all colleagues, implement all policy and procedures, and develop and monitor production goals. You will provide support, guidance, training, and supervision to our Minnesota teller and retail colleagues while embracing CCFBank's mission, vision and values. You will be responsible for developing meaningful relationships within our communities, with our customers and with our colleagues. Must haves:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics or related field. Five (5) years of experience in the financial services industry with at least two (2) of those years performing lending duties. $80K -- $100K

Banking, Loans & InsuranceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
